Hi folks in Rams channel

word spectrum is part of south indian culture. For example,  Sir CV Raman given real popularity for Spectrum because of his innovation that named as Raman Spectrum. These days, we have most popular spectrum because of some one.  Shockingly Raman spectrum only educated folks knows ( not all of the i suppose..few part of educated people) but new meaning of spectrum even common man who did not go to school also aware of it.

I am sorry to load this with all of you in unwanted way. But as a educated folks in  Rams channel might have different thinking on the same and i love to hear on the same ( i mean spectrum)

Regards
jk

hai jk!...thanks for the mail...we have some more big brains like Dr Ramli and vivin who are busy or silent!...so any one has anything to add to Dr Jk?...when i hear this word 'spectrum' i only remember the 'spectrum of knowledge in front of us to LEARN and to be discovered'

another mail received from my psychology guru is below:-

Dear Rams,
Where were you all these days - of course a goood resilience.  Let it continue.
Regards.
Bala K

what ever i know in psychology is through bala sir...he is the 'thalai' (head)...i am the 'vaal' (tail)...actual aa thalai irukkum pothu vaal aada koodaathu!...naama summaavey vaalai aattuvom...sir vera aattu...aattu nnu solraaru!'...pinney yenna...aatteera
vendiyathuthaaney!...so folks! here we go!...in the last mail we munched the paradox between psychology and sociology!...one saying the opposite of the other and making our behaviours confused, difficult and unadaptive!

nature has produced us like it has produced any other living being...but it did a havoc of making various parts of the brain to interact with each other...producing some thing called 'mind'!...'manasu'!

shall we list down what all nature has told us to do i.e psychology has told us to do...and what all sociology has told us to do?

psychology

eat
sleep
reproduce
protect

be on the lap of your mom...i.e nature
learn nature
be with nature
talk to nature
enjoy nature
share all your emotions with your mom...jump in the rain!...kiss the evening breeze!...and like things!
preserve your mom...the nature!
which is ever permanent and waiting to love you!...always!...unconditionally!...unlike other human beings!...as nothing or no one is permanent...except nature!...and merge with nature...at the end of life!

understand that every one is different
accept every one as they are
most of the problems we think with others are actually with us...our perception!
love all
don't expect anything from anyone
more the expectations, more the pain!
forget and forgive!

learn as much as possible...(not earn!)
arts or science or philosophy or what not?
self actualise
help others also to self actualise

be happy...as you are born to be happy!...not unhappy!
be healthy...eat natural things...follow a physical activity regimen...
habituate the mind to think or process only issues of happiness
so that it spreads to others also and forms a culture!
resulting in 'healthy minds'!

we can add many more things like this...which we will chat about in the years to come...the mail is getting too long...so let me limit here...i think if we list 'what nature has not told us to do and we do' then it would become clear...which i will do in the next mail...ok vaa!...bye for the time being!

ravusu rams!
