hai every body...how are you?
after a long gap i am back again...with my 'lollu's!
today we will take yet another topic of our lives... criticizing others!
we
have the habit of not accepting others as they are. We criticize that
we are right and others are wrong. We want every one to be like us. Live
like us. With same belief systems.
So, directly or indirectly we force or influence others. We think our
way of living is correct and best. The way others live is wrong. We are
not comfortable with the culture of others.
We
commonly find one telling the other 'do this' 'do that' 'don't do
this'...'it is superstitious'...'i don't like that' 'it is not right'
'what i am saying is right'...most of the time in your families you
would have found that the fight between spouses and children, between
friends, is on 'belief' systems which can not be proved by anyone. Some
go to temples. Some believe in god and some not. Same thing is
applicable to believing in horoscopes, ailment cure methods, using
crystals, vasthu, numerology, nameology, etc.. if we switch on the tv
you will find every channel talks about some belief. They know that they
can bend
human minds on such things as none of them have been proved by science.
Of course, if some are proven by science then it is accepted by all
without any difference of opinion. Each region, religion, society,
culture etc has its own set of belief systems.
We
need to know that all of us are born and groomed up differently. Every
one believes in some and does not believe in some. Every one has his own
life. Every one has equal freedom to live on this earth. No one has the
right to disturb the other, including the other spouse. In some issues
people are able to adapt to the other and not in some.
wrong
or right is only perception. Actually 'nothing is wrong or
right'. As long as one's belief gives him happiness in the real sense
(not pleasure) and good health while he or she is towards
self actualizing then it is right and he or she can go ahead with. We
need not worry about others. The funny feeling - 'what others think' is
what ruins our life. We can explain and make the other person
understand. And any logical and socially adaptable mind will understand.
If not then that personality is rigid and the grooming is not right.
This is a grooming problem. The individual needs more awareness through
counselling.
ok. Let us come to the point.
just
close your eyes. Imagine the world without science,
developments in science, applications and effects (impacts) of science
and technology...jungles and plain lands with all animals and human
beings which existed few thousand years back only will come to our
mind.
Therefore,
present world = primitive human beings + science and technology with
its applications and effects in all spheres of life (i.e things which
have been proved and accepted as truth by all) + belief systems (i.e
things which have not been proved yet by science and considered to be
'felt' or 'experienced' and therefore correct or true for some people
and not for some).
so,
i am of the opinion
that the whole world (it also includes all materialistic aspects,
social issues like culture etc...i.e impact of science and technology in
all spheres of our life) or universe is governed by science (i.e things
which are proved) and things which are yet to be proved.
This
also means that developments in science and technology only has made
our world with its entirety and it will continue to change human beings
and societies, their lives, the way they behave, the way they believe in
things. No one can control it as it is an evolution process. Therefore,
saying that 'he or she is wrong i am right'...'this culture is wrong
and that is right'...'this society is bad and that is right' is not
correct. It will only spoil our aim to excel, be happy and
healthy...(thanks daa saaamee...i have not used the word
religion!!!). Therefore
saying 'i have groomed my son or daughter to be good!' does not hold
water as what is more important is being more adaptable and not being
good in our definition as nothing is good or bad as long as it gives
happiness in real sense and good health while we self actualise.
There
is never any dispute on things which have been proved by science.
Disputes arise and relationships get strained only on issues related to
belief systems.
Also
every human being on earth has some set of belief systems
which is right for him. He or she follows that within their economic,
social, adaptable and cultural comfort zone. for e.g one might spend
thousands on gods, god men or vasthu or horoscopes or crystals or any
damn thing on earth. One might spend very little on that. It may be
superstition. But it gives the individual happiness and good health. It
is wrong in the opinion of others. But right for that individual. No one
can prove it is right or wrong by arguments and applying control as it
has not been scientifically proved yet. So, spending time and energy on
arguments will only affect social relationships and we might miss loved
ones and become alien on this earth.
so,
let us accept people as they are with their belief systems. Respect
each other's belief systems. Belief systems will exist till human beings
become extinct as some thing or the other will always remain unproved.
The way you believe in some the other person also believes in some. No
one can prove that he or she is right and the other person is wrong.
We
are all born to EXCEL, to be happy and healthy. Every individual has
this right and no one has any control over the other quoting any type of
relationship to affect other's freedom to excel...to be happy...and to
be healthy...if we follow this we can coexist with others.
bye...have a great life with these three basics.
