formula for relationships to work out!

hai all...

thre is a formula for measuring happiness - one that will help anyone to work towards a higher degree of happiness in their lives. It is actually very simple:

Happiness (H) = Reality (R)/Expectations (E). H = R/E

Test it out. All life problems can be traced back to expectations. It does not matter if these expectations are financial, career, romantic, sexual, social, food-related...if your reality is greater than your expectations, then that experience in that span of time will make you happy. If your expectations exceed your reality, you will be unhappy. To give you a simple example, if you go into a roadside bar and have a fantastic meal you will be happy because you didn't really expect good food there. But if you go to a 5* restaurant and the meal is only so-so you are going to be unhappy because you expected a great gustatory experience.

Same with people, if you expect more than they can give you, unhappiness will result. Reality checks are very important to the pursuit of happiness. And as I tell my clients, if you are looking for happiness, inquire within! No one can make you truly happy except yourself. Happiness is a state of mind, not something that is out there waiting to be found.

is it right?
