how to avoid anger...

very true ...the anger came because of unfilled needs, wants and expectations of the body or mind...from us, others and environment...if only we have created a body that is self-regulated through the correct food habits and life style...if our social learning is correct...then we will not get anger...because anger comes out as a result of a thought process...negative thought process...when the urges, needs and expectations are high...if we have a calm, cool, stable, self-regulated body and mind, then we need not suffer with anger, only by taking 20 long breathes and other Relaxation Techniques, we can cool off our mind and body...change our thought patterns easily without causing stress...!!!
