Are we being really trained by our culture at homes and schools for a job and survival at work?

Hai all...

1. all mothers, fathers, schools, teachers and all around including the school curriculum asks the students to 'memorize' and write to get the full marks to get good college, good course and to make a good life. So, the natural creativity in us which was adored during less than 5 years of age is killed thereafter.
But when we join an organisation for job they want creativity in us...as without which neither the organisation nor us can survive in a tough competitive environment where the life time of products, processes and strategies are in terms of hours or few days!!

2. All those i listed in the first line above urge us not to help others in the class or around us as all are perceived as competitors for the entrance exam merit list. So, we become selfish and no team spirit. I.e we learn to become winners as individuals but not to help each other and win as a group or a team. Group games nurtured this but today no one has time and oppurtunity to play group games.
When we go for interview for job they look for skills and personality traits to be a good member of a team, team leader and manager of resources. Because in organisations today it is the team that wins and not individuals.

So, effectively our family members, parents, schools and teachers do not train us to get a job and survive in organisations...but blame that we are not able to get a job or remain there!!!
so, let us focus on...

1. creativity

2. personality traits related to managerial and leadership skills, group and team work.
plenty of methods are available on google...
