What is the basic in life?

Hai all...I PROMISE AN INTERESTING READ BELOW...

In my opinion, there is nothing known as religion. Religion names are given by 'us' for a set of physical and mental behaviours, faiths and beliefs.

Even the people who formed the religions would not have given such a name and understanding I think.
I am sure they would have given the liberty for the people to follow 'the set of behaviours' in their own consciousness and willingness. I don’t think they would have ever forced some one to follow a set of physical and mental behaviours and have same faiths and beliefs.

Freedom of living is every one’s right. No one has the right to control including the parents!!

Every human body is different. Every one’s understanding of events around, perception and expression of related emotions and manifestation of resultant behaviours are different.

Every one lives in different climatic, environmental and social conditions. Even twins are not same in behaviours, perception and emotions.

Every body’s way of dressing, eating, hobbies, job for lively hood etc are different. We have to dress to protect the body from climates. We have to also eat as per climate to protect the body and health and whatever is available in the place of living. Job also depends upon oppurtunities in the place of living, our own knowledge, skill sets and experience and those required for the jobs available there.

Hobbies also differ as per the society there, what is available there and what that individual person likes and loves. So, every mind is different.

In a nutshell every human being is different. But every religion has a particular set of physical and mental behaviours to be followed. So, when we follow forcefully we are stressed in body and mind.

Why should we force ourselves when it is going to affect our peace, happiness, physical-mental-social health and our path to self-actualisation?

Just because one person is born in a family of some religion, why should he be forced to live as per those faiths, beliefs, customs and traditions if his personal life is getting ruined? Why a girl should be forced? Don’t they have the right to decide the way they live? or at least the variations in the same religion?

In fact good parents should advice them to live suiting to their place of living.

So, the crux is....

1. There is nothing known as religion. There are only physical and mental behaviours.

2. The physical and mental behaviours vary from person to person.

3. The set of behaviours that give peace, happiness, physical-mental-social health and the path to self-actualisation differs from person to person.

4. Every one need to follow only those physical and mental behaviours.

5. They will find people with similar such behaviours to be compatible for their socialization. This depends on their place of living. If the place of living changes then we need to change these set of behaviours too for adaptation. So, parents need to teach only adaptability and not rigidness of following one religion.

6. If we forcefully follow, then the body, mind and social relationships will get stressed and strained. We will lose peace, happiness and health.

7. So, religions are a curse that we have created causing default screwed up lives.

8. Every one’s life will have many differences and some commonalities. No one can follow any religion to the core without affecting his/her life. Religions are for us and we are not for religions.

9. If this clarity is there, then we will have less psychiatric cases and behaviour related disorders. Earth will be more peaceful. Otherwise one day the entire earth will have only psychiatrists, psychologists and patients!!!!!!

peacefully yours....rams...Health Psychologist.
