'how to be peaceful amidst all the noise in the ears and in the mind??'

dear all... if we had practiced an art form from the childhood, then we would have learnt to be in the present, focus on what we are doing at that moment, dissolve, involve and merge in what we are doing...because no art form can be performed well without being dissolved in it...and if we can get lost in what we are doing then all the noise around will not disturb our body and mind...we can insulate ourselves by ourselves...
