What is important to be successful at work in organisations?

Dear all...THIS IS FOR COLLEGE STUDENTS AND WORKING PROFESSIONALS...
1. As an 'individual', without being a 'good member' of a team, no one can be successful in life.
2. One department doing well in an organisation is of no use ('islands of excellence' is of no use), unless all departments as a 'team' integrate together and work with synergy.
3. So, to be successful, one has to be a 'good team member' in a team and a 'good team leader' to unite all teams/departments of an organisation.
4. There are enough Management Games to prove this.
5. This shows that having high IQ and a degree from IIT or IIM or world class university abroad and not being adaptable with others due to personality issues (with low EQ and SQ) is of no use and he will be a miserable failure.
6. An average intelligence guy with high EQ, SQ, personality traits and hard work can easily surpass the other guy.
