the secret of 'why people run behind junk or health compromising foods?'

Dear all...the punch lines for the day from my observations and research......
1. In general, those who live a sedentary life without doing health enhancing behaviours for the physical, mental and social health are driven to crave behind health compromising foods.
2. those who indulge in health enhancing behaviours do not control or force themselves not to eat health compromising food, it is just that they don't generally get craving for such foods.
3. some foods are generally tasty, tempting, have addictive chemicals and therefore are health compromising and so to be eaten in small quantities like medicines. If you eat health compromising foods like a meal, then one day you will end up eating the meals like medicines, and you will not be able to eat these craving foods also even a bit. That time you will feel like it is better to die rather than living this hell life, but you will not be able to die. Is such a life required??
4. so, eat health enhancing foods when you are hungry and distribute them through out the entire day and not to hog too much at the same time. Eat health compromising foods for taste buds once in a while in small quantities like medicines.
5. when you do yoga, asanas, pranayam, all types of other kriyas, walks, runs, gym etc...i.e health enhancing behaviours, the sedentary life will go, you will form a strong body and mind and healthy social relationships and you will free yourself from these junk foods and 'pleasures' and you will enjoy the most tasty health enhancing foods and that time you will say 'hmmmmm...how insensible and ignorant i was!!!...i wish i experienced this 'happiness' and great feeling earlier in my life and lived this beautiful life!!'...in fact you will enjoy these junk foods also in a much better way after you make the health enhancing behaviours as your back bone of life and living!!
6. so you now know the reason why some people say health compromising foods are tasty and 'pleasurable' and equally the other group of people who follow health enhancing behaviours also say they enjoy the 'happiness' from their 'plant product health enhancing foods'...
